BML Community Fund Project “Wings Park” is Finally opened.
The project was built by the West Wings Eydhafushi (NGO) with the assistance of BML after winning the proposal submitted to the Community Fund project in 2020 Q4.
The park was opened 29th January 2024 Special Ceremony followed by Entertainment for kids with Roboman. The park was built to create an environment for people of all ages to gather, strengthen relationships and have fun, the association said.
Wings Park has a barbecue area, a children’s play area, an outdoor library, an outdoor shower for picnickers, a canteen and outdoor seating in various areas. West Wings would like to thank BML and the public for their support in the development of the park.
The Community Fund is open to private individuals and voluntary organizations to provide financial assistance for projects in rural areas. The fund supports five projects each quarter.
